Goose Duckling

Goose ducklings, AKA goslings, are born in spring after a period of about 5-6 months of incubation in their egg. They learn from very little to adapt to the environment they live in to survive, they´re fed from their parents and learn to swim safely by having one of the parents in front of the ducklings, guiding the way, and the other behind the ducklings making sure they don´t get lost. As summer approaches, and ducklings grow into young adults, some of their feathers fall and grow new ones different from the yellowish color of their duckling feathers, it takes another while for them to reach adulthood, but they will still live under the protection of their parents before that happens.
